Terms and conditions
Reservations and annulations
To guarantee your reservation your credit card number and date of expiry is required. In case of no-show or an cancellation within 48 hours of scheduled arrival, the rate of the first night will be charged.
Payments
We accept Visa, Mastercard and American Express credit cards and cash (euro). Foreign cheques and currencies are not accepted. |

Commodities
Rooms are available from 3.00 PM and must be vacated by noon.
Smoking is not allowed in the château.
We kindly request parents to watch their children in the public areas of the château, so they will not disturb the quietness of the other guests.
The Château des Tesnières has a lift, internet access ADSL, a self service bar, a library, a drawing room, a dining room and a private car park.
Rooms have satellite TV, a safe, bathrobes, slippers, a hairdryer and Rituals bath products. |
